Our Policies

Cancellation & Appointments

  • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule without charge.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the service value will be charged.
  • No-Show: 100% of the service value will be charged.
  • Late arrivals: Treatment will be performed in the remaining time with full charge.

Packages & Memberships

  • Valid for 6 or 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
  • Transferable with prior authorization + administrative fee ($10.00).

Gift Cards

  • Valid for 5 years (in accordance with Oklahoma state law).
  • Rose Beauty Angel LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Health & Safety

  • A health history form is mandatory before any treatment.
  • Rose Beauty Angel LLC reserves the right to deny treatment if it poses a health risk.

Gratuities

  • Gratuities are not included in the service price.
  • We appreciate recognition in cash or by card.
